100% Friulano. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in tank for 6 months prior to bottling. It's distinctly Friulano; full of apple fruits a weighty mid pallet and firm acidity. This is a very typical wine of the Friuli region and enjoyed daily. It's a great alternative to Pinot Grigio, more floral and a traditional match with Friuli salumi or in the case of Crossroads Fine Foods or selection of salumi from Creminelli.
