Cabra Blanca

 Cabra Blanca is crafted from milk from a herd made up of Nubian, Alpine and Saanen goats in Paonia Colorado. Te Creamery is on the other side of McClure Pass in Basalt.  Once the almost 6-pound wheels are formed, they are aged from 3 to 5 months. The ivory-colored paste has pin-sized holes. Cabra Blanca is semi soft goat cheese with a lacy pate and slight citrus notes.  Serve on a cheese plate with sun-dried tomato pesto, roasted unsalted almonds, dried Turkish figs and fresh red pears. .5 lb. portions available ...Minimum order $40 and may be combined with other items ... try some of our artisan variety packs..
