Organic Vodka

"CapRock Organic Vodka is a straight vodka made with Demeter-certified biodynamic grapes grown at the distillery on Jack Rabbit Hill. The grapes are using native yeasts that are naturally present on the grapes at harvest. Native yeasts-which form and exist naturally on healthy, clean grapes-produce higher concentrations of glycerol during fermentation than artificial fermentations. Glycerol is the stuff that makes CapRock's mouthfeel and finish so round and rich.  Also the grapes are fermented and distilled whole, including skins and seeds, contributing soft fruit tannins to the long, textured finish. CapRock Organic Vodka is 40% abv. and available in 750ML bottles.

Cap Rock Gin won a Good Food Award for both it's Vodka and Gin in 2012 as well as the Washington Cup. Lance Hanson was a semi-finalist in the 2012 James Beard Foundation Outstanding Wine and Spirits Professional award category.
