The partnership of winemakers Charles Smith (K Vinters) and Charles Bieler (Three Thieves) has been tinkering with how to get the most out of dry rosé since 2008. This one uses 100 percent Syrah from six different vineyards, which the pair selected specifically to offer the bright fruit and mouthwatering acidity needed for the delicious rosé. The crisp, dry result shows focus and character. 12,000 cases made.Syrah (81%) Mourvedre (16%), Cinsault (2%) and Grenache (1%).
