A favorite dessert is to slice up a bundle of Theresa High's peaches in the morning (are grown right here in the Grand Valley) and marinate then in 'CHATEAU PETIT VEDRINES SAUTERNES. I will pull them out of the refrigerator while we are having dinner to let them warm up to room temp and then add some basil chiffonade.
