Troll Caught King Salmon

At Crossroads Fine Foods we chase salmon from Alaska to New Zealand.  A couple of years ago one of my favorite wine reps turned us on to a supplier in Washington that specializes fresh seafood which it sells to the best restaurants in the country.  From Mid April till October we ship Troll Caught Kings and there is also a Spring and a Fall run of Columbia River King Salmon.  It is every bit as good as our Copper River product and much easier for us to deliver to you.  Ideal if you are planning a party or just want to stash some away in the freezer.

Most of what we offer is fresh but if you have a craving during the off season for wild caught Columbia River King, Black Cod, Spot Prawns, Dungeness Crab or Halibut our suppliers in Seattle keep an ample inventory of frozen product.

The selection of fresh seafood changes according to the seasons so we encourage you sign up for our weekly email that will keep you up to date on what our fisherman are bringing in.  10 pound minimum shipment with a $16.95 shipping fee!  Can be combined with other items. We highly recommend the Spot Prawns (frozen 2 lb. pack either head on or head off available) we actually offer wild greens, morels and mushrooms from foragers that comb the forests of the North West.  Whether you are planning a party or stocking your freezer this is a great resource.
