D'Artagnan is famous for it's foie gras. This premium grade of foie gras is perfect for pan searing or making terrines it has a firm texture and sweet flavor. Produced from Moulard ducks raised in a low stress environment on a whole grain diet of corn and soy.  As with all things D'artagnan no hormones or antibiotics are ever used.
