Buffalo Ribeye Steak

These little buffalo ribeyes are very satisfying because the flavor is rich even though the meat is very lean.  Prepare at lower temperatures like you would with D'Artagnan's pork, veal and lamb.  We recommend coating the steaks with a little EVOO and season with Salt, Pepper.  Brown for 2 minutes a side in a skillet or on a medium hot grill and they are done.  Let them rest for a few minutes and enjoy.

D'Artagnan's buffalo are raised in Canada and the U.S. on a 100% vegetarian diet, in a pristine environment, with little human contact, and with out the use of hormones, antibiotics or steroids. Higher in protein, these indigenous animals are the original free range healthy lifestyle red meat.
