A singular extra virgin olive oil that is one of the great jewels of Italian oil production. Deep green color, packed with aromas of olive, green grass, artichoke and green almonds. One of Italy's greatest olive oils!

Uses: Best simply on fresh grilled bread for the full effect of flavor, also incredible on raw meat, meat carpaccio, hearty pastas and rice dishes, crispy grilled pork, burrata and vegetable salads.
