This elegant and crisp Sauvignon Blanc hails from Domaine Begude, a small family-owned property located high in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the Limoux region of the Languedoc. The long, cool growing season lends itself perfectly to the production of crisp and delicate wines, and this Sauvignon Blanc is no exception. More in the style of a Loire Valley Sancerre, with its rapier-sharp, mineral-laden nose and fresh citrus fruits on the palate, this is the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish, oysters, or just by itself!
We offer 4 different bottles from 'DOMAINE BEGUDE, in addition to this lovely Sauvignon Blanc we also offer their Pinot Noir, an Unoaked Chardonnay and "Terroir 11300" a barrel fermented Chardonnay. You will not see these gems everywhere and at $11-$14 they all over perform.
