The tenderloin muscle works very little so this is the most tender cut of beef.   Filet mignon should not be marinated or overly seasoned. Simpley season with salt and pepper and grill or broil to rare or medium rare.  As with all the meats we source from D'Artagnan its is raised in a low stress environment with out the use of growth hormones or antibiotics.

The beef is raised in Oregon by 3rd generation collective of ranchers and finished with the best Non-GMO grains.
