The Miracle by Marshal is made from the variety Garnacha shark (100%) from vines of 35 years. The harvest was done carefully to achieve maturity and fermentation very slowly until the end of the malolactic ferementación, when introduced into French oak barrels filled second, guaranteeing the perfect assembly between crop load of Grenache shark and wood. It is an ideal wine to serve with pasta, roast and semi-hard cheeses.  It has a nose with good intensity, starting with fresh red fruit notes, liquorice, violet and hint of toast. The palate has good attack, medium body, smooth passage with sweet character, lively tannins, balanced acidity, firm structure and lingering finish.  A really nice bottle of wine for $13.
