Villa Magra del Franci Grand Cru is produced only in great vintages. 100% Frantoio olives. A special pressing of a specific parcel of trees in the Chiusello grove. The micro-climate has given the trees very special characteristics of low yields and slow ripening. Concentration of phenolic compounds approach 540 mg/kg, making this truly an amazing feat in extra virgin olive oil production. 1200 liters produced. Uses: Fresh Burrata and heirloom tomatoes, grilled steak, grilled tuna steaks, hard cheese, porcini. Extremely limited availability...500 ml. bottle
