Nantucket Bay Scallops

Fresh Nantucket Bay Scallops are a rare delicacy we offer November 15th thru March 15th.  About the size of my thumb they are incredibly sweet.  As with all our scallops they smell just like the ocean.   Saute or broil serve with pasta, risotto or as ceviche these are a great change of pace from our U-10 scallops.  Usually served only in the best restaurants we'll ship these gems to you from the fishing fleet docks in Massachusetts.
