A light/medium bodied softer tannin wine with aromas of dark berry and mushroom with flavors of raspberry, blackberry, red currents, dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and white pepper.  A well balanced smooth finished red wine.  Pairs well with Poultry, Pork, Roasts, flank steak, lighter red meats, Salmon, dark fruits, by itself with friends.
