"Our gourmet flatbreads are baked in the Italian region of Piedmont.  Our bakery was founded by Giacomo Bertolone in 1860, who has a reputation for creating artisan-made breadsticks and flatbreads that are simple and tasty.  These mini-flatbreads,or "linguette," are handmade in small batches using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.  The result is an earthy, flaky and crispy cracker that is wonderful alone, or in combination with other fine foods.  Our Onion Flatbreads are made with savory caramelized onions, producing a mouth-watering taste that is unique to House of Balsamic flatbreads."
