Maple Glazed Salmon

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup preferably Blis
1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbls. Amazing Maple Mustard
1/4 Tsp. Cayane Pepper
4  6-8 oz. portions of Sockeye or King Salmon leave the skin on.

Whisk first 4 ingredients  together.  Arrange salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and glaze with mixture.  Bake salmon on the 2nd rack in a 400° oven about 8-9 minutes for sockeye and 10-12 minutes depending on thickness for king.  Finish by turning oven to broil for 2 to 3 minutes.  Watch the fish closely everybody's oven is different. When the flesh side of the salmon is nicely carmelized pull from oven and let rest for a few minutes.  The skin will stick to the foil so slide  a spatula  between the sin and the fish plate and enjoy.  Toasted Walnuts make a nice topping!

Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

1.  Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2. 1-Tblsp. Balsamic Vinegar or White Balsamic Vinegar
3.  1 Tsp. of Kozlik's Amazing Maple or Balsamic Fig & Dates Mustard
4.  Whisk together...dissolve salt!
5.  3-Tblsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6. Whisk in olive oil a little at a time ...when everything is perfect it will almost turn into jelly!

Add to spring greens or baby romaine!
