This collection of four top varietals from Corning are all gold medal winners and make an outstanding blend." Made with Gold Medal Winning Olive Oils: Arbequina, Mission, Manzanillo, Ascolano. Sweet and smooth with a buttery and well rounded finish. Medium intensity for "everyday" use. Use generously in everyday cooking, baking, topping fresh salad greens or pastas, and dipping your favorite breads. Pairs well with a red table wine, rich in flavor.
