The elegant bouquet of Alverdi  Pinot Grigio has notes of acacia flowers. It is dry, soft, and is well-balanced on the palate. The crisp acidiy is evident in the clean finish. Excellent with any delicately prepared fish, pasta and white meat dish. Also ideal as an aperitif.  At $9 Alverdi is definitely a bargain.
