Anselmi Pinot Grigio is very expressive, full of apples and scents of white flowers and minerality. The soils in this part of Friuili, just west of the Collio Orientale are predominately clay and sand. The grapes are pressed in a Nitrogen bath to avoid oxidation and preserve fruit and freshness. All of the wines from Anselmi over perform.
