This is a bright and cheerful Prosecco loaded with green apple and white floral aromas. Produced entirely from estate fruit and bottled at the estate on a bottling line used exclusively for Prosecco production. This is a tremendous investment for such an affordable wine, but insure tremendous quality. The Prosecco vines are only 15 years old, but yields are kept to moderate levels, and each year the wine becomes more dense and concentrated.
