The Eve Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel, only 15% is aged in oak barrels, allowing the fruit to shine through without being masked by the oakiness that can dominate some Chards. Beautifully rich, yet fresh and tasty. This wine hints at guava, Bosc pear, Satsuma, spice and minerals. Mouth-filling: just one sip will do the trick!
