Saucisson Sec is the  French version of salami. Made from pork, red wine, garlic and with a light peppery finish its a great change up from our Italian styles.  As with everything D'Artagnan Saucisson Sec is made from the best ingredients and pork that was raised with out the use of growth hormones or antibiotics.
