Duck Breast

D'Artagnan's smoked duck breast is very versatile.  It make a great simple meal at home when paired with salami or smoked salmon some cheese a loaf of bread and a nice bottle of Pinot Noir or Grenache.  All you have to do is slice it.  Katrina likes to show it off in our foodie 101 classes by running it through the slicer, then adding a smudge of our house made cranberry pesto rolling it up and then slicing it into bite sizes.
D'Artagnan uses real wood smoke and there are no preservatives or nitrates used in the process.  We work with D'Artagnan because they offer the cleanest meats in the world antibiotics and growth hormones are never used.
