Heritage Reserve Pinot Noir 2011

 Winemaker's notes...  Light ruby in color. Aromas of cherry, cola and eucalyptus. Red fruit mingles with hints of black pepper on the palate and a round mouthfeel is accented by smooth tannins and a nice acidity. This is a balanced wine with a lengthy finish.  Pairs well with lighter entrees, including grilled sea bass or chicken Caesar salad.

"This wine is a popular by the glass pour in restraunts especially in the mountain towns and Denver because it taste like Pinot Noir is supposed to.  At $15 this is a very nice bottle of wine elegant and not overly fruit forward."  Uncle Jerry
