Dry, a surprisingly dry medium bodied wine with a nice floral aroma and citrus/pear flavora and a delightful ginger spice on the finish.  A well balanced,smooth finish dry Gewurztraminer.  Pair well with Seafood, Poultry, Pork, fruit salads and any summer afternoon.
