This wine is estate grown and bottled with a long maceration technique of 20 days and aged in American oak cask for 10 months.; It is a dark ruby garnet color with a bouquet of black currants and black fruit with pronounced peppery accents.Wonderful integrated flavors of cassis, dark chocolate and black cherries.Fleshy, complex, with a rich long finish.
