No antibiotics, hormones are ever used.  Wagyu has very rich flavor yet the fats are much different than other breeds of beef and are actually similar to those found in salmon. Whether you opt for a package of two 8 oz. burgers, or are planning a large gathering and want the 20-burger pack, we suggest cooking the burgers over moderately high heat to medium rare.
