One of the last family owned distilleries on Martinique. By utilizing traditional production techniques and two copper, single-column stills, La Favorite creates "Coeur de Canne", their authentic rhum agricole. This is a very full flavored rhum I enjoy it wit a touch of cane syrup, a slice of lime rind with exactly 3 cubes of ice it called Ti'Punch in the FWI. Clear rhum agricole distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice. Unaged. The fresh smooth aroma is accented by tropical florals, the body is rich in citrus and pear followed by citrus and fresh sugar cane juice in the finish. Bottled at 50% alcohol by volume.
